On-Site Management

There is an on-site management office, our manager will resolve any problems with the villa.

Included - a daily Maid Service (except on Sunday).

Included - All linen and towels (Please bring beach towels).

Extras

A Private Mini-Bus Service to or from the Puerto Plata International Airport for 35 US$ Each Way (total for all persons).

A Private Mini-Bus Service to or from the Santiago International Airport for 125 US$ Each Way (total for all persons).

Mini Bus with Driver for Day trips can be arranged at reasonable rates.

Our Driver speaks English and can be contacted by phone or email.

Car / SUV Rental - Major Rental Companies at the Airport
or a Local contact provided after you book the villa.

Nanny/Babysitter

Booking

Deposit:A 30% deposit is required upon booking. Payment by Credit Card, Paypal, Echeck or Bank transfer.

Your booking will be held for 7 days whilst you send the deposit. On receipt of your deposit your booking will be unconditional.

Balance: 70% Balance is payable:
Either
14 days prior to arrival by Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
OR
Upon arrival in Cash or Travelers checks when you pick up your keys at the Management Office.

Payments

Payments can be made by bank transfer to a US or European bank account or by PAYPAL

Paypal accepts various methods of payments including credit cards. This gives you security and insurance offered by Paypal and your bank or credit card company.

Refunds

Your deposit (less any costs and transfer charges) will normally be refundable if you have to cancel your booking, please see our terms and conditions for full details. If you take out vacation insurance then this should cover any loss due to cancellation.
